As consultant to PARAmeter Inc. architects, Brigitte Meneveau developed the building’s color concepts and selected the interior finishes for the 24-story former B&O railroad grain elevator. In addition, I&D assisted PARAmeter in selecting the material finishes for the 228-condo units.
In a second phase, Interiors & Design selected the furniture and furniture finishes for the building’s lobby, conference rooms and games area.
Turner Development Group has received numerous national and international awards for the project, including the 2009 top prize for Best High Rise Development in the Americas by the International Property Awards.
